Role overview

Responsibilities: Volunteers will be deployed in the following areas:

• Reception: Accompany newly admitted patients to their respective wards
• Visiting: Ease the hospital stay for patients through conversation
• Sunday service: Accompany patients to religious services and bring them back to their wards
• Orientation assistance: Provide directions or accompany patients, guests, and visitors to their desired locations in the entrance area
• Requirements: - No special training is required to work with us.

What matters is your willingness to help and your enthusiasm for interacting with people in the hospital.

As a volunteer, you commit to regularly dedicating two to four hours per week to a specific task — excluding nursing duties — and to maintaining confidentiality.

• The focus is not on performance but on your willingness to take time for both patients and visitors.

This role is based on voluntary work and is unpaid.
