Your tasks
- Production, maintenance, repair and optimisation of demanding injection moulding tools
- Independent analysis and correction of tool problems
- Milling, grinding, turning and, if necessary, erosion work
- Support and assistance in the design and implementation of CAD/CAM\ solutions
- Programming and operation of CNC\ machines
- Technical support and coordination within toolmaking
- Ensuring quality requirements and documentation of the work carried out
- Active participation in process improvements and technical developments
- Your profile *
- Completed training as a toolmaker, polymechanic, or comparable technical training in the field of plastics
- Professional experience in tool and mould construction
- Sound knowledge in the areas of milling, grinding, turning and ideally erosion
- Experience in the field of injection molding tools is advantageous
- Good CAD/CAM\ knowledge
- Experience with Mastercam and/or VISI is beneficial
- Independent, precise and solution-oriented working method
- High quality and safety awareness
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Teamwork, responsibility and leadership skills
