Then you are right with us, because with you our passengers experience first-class service and professional advice on every kilometre! - You can do this together with your team for professional ticket controls and make an important contribution to securing revenue. - From Monday to Sunday you will be on our varied regional lines. - You advise our passengers competently and accommodatingly in tariff and timetable questions and create positive experiences for our customers. - You also take special tasks such as structural surveys or fraud prevention.
- You have completed basic training - You have the category B or D guide card - You have very good German skills - You have good knowledge of Italian and English in word and writing - You have an experienced handling of digital devices
- You have joy in everyday customer contact - You enjoy the change that brings irregular working hours (including Sundays and holidays) - You can argue skillfully and stay confident and calm in hectic situations
