You can do this: Job Description

• Technical advice and support of our globally active organization
• Remote or on-site investigation and solution of complex technical issues
• Close cooperation with numerous internal bodies (R&D, Product Life Cycle, Product Management, Production, etc.)
• Link and main contact person for concerns and questions of our external partners
• Coordination and processing of customer complaints and support requests
• Active cooperation in projects, definition and supervision of processes
• Structure and monitoring of data analyses
• Supporting new products, responsible for Knowledge Transfer to Partners
• Service procedures, documentation, spare parts and training and service concept
• Organization and implementation of training for internal and external partners
• Care and extension of Knowledge Base
• On-site support worldwide
• Ready to travel max.
