Application process
- Ensuring the stable operation of the ERP application through first-level support, troubleshooting and administrative activities
- Acceptance, analysis and solution of disruptions in close cooperation with key users and specialist areas
- Support and support of the business units in the application of processes in the ERP system
- Advice and support of employees on technical issues
- Support of key and end users in day-to-day operations
- Perform technical on-/offboarding and manage accounts and permissions
