The Operations Business Unit produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from sprue parts to pipette tips for Liquid Handling, to metal and plastic parts.

- Independent setup, commissioning, and monitoring of production processes and machines
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Main responsibilities
- Independent setup, commissioning, and monitoring of production processes and machines
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Participation in cross-departmental topics and projects
- Support in defining and developing processes, specifications, and test procedures
- Independent setup and commissioning of standard production machines
- Continuous optimization of internal processes for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, considering economic aspects
- Technical guidance and support for production workers
- Analysis and resolution of malfunctions, as well as root cause analysis
- Introduction and implementation of Lean Management methods and continuous improvement processes (KVP)
- Creation and maintenance of work instructions, process documentation, and training materials
