At a building technology company, you are responsible for the precise calculation of HVAC offers and are the central interface to customers, suppliers and project teams - with a lot of personal responsibility and real scope for design.
The main tasks ####
- Carefully calculate HVAC offers
- Request offers from suppliers
- Create Offertorders digitally and physically
- Open orders according to specifications in the system
- Organising and implementing kick-off project meetings
The requirement profile ####
- Basic commercial or technical training completed
- Preferably experience in building technology HLKS
- Experience in editing or back office function
- Good knowledge of German, Italian is advantageous
- Good MS-Office and SAP knowledge
- Independent, structured and customer-oriented working method
