- Several years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner in an industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labour and social security law.
- Enjoy working in partnership with managers and employees.
- High consulting and communication competence as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented working method.
- Initial leadership experience and the motivation to promote, accompany and succeed together in a team.
