Tasks

• Welcome, serve and advise guests
• à la minute preparation of dishes according to given recipes
• Miscellaneous preparation and clean-up work
• Equipment of food, Mise en Place work
• Acceptance of goods and storage according to FIFO
• Operation of the cash register, incl. Settlement
• Hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP standards

Requirements

• Professional experience in gastronomy
• Good knowledge of German, other languages beneficial
• Joy of cooking and handling fresh food
• Resilient and stress resistant, team player
• Good organisational skills
• Flexible and mobile in time (evening and weekend shifts)
• Several years of professional experience in the Gastro
