Team leader: in facilities network Nord Surselva 100%

The "Network Nord Surselva" team consists of about 20 employees and is distributed at the Ilanz and Disentis sites. The team is responsible for the construction, inspection and maintenance of production and network facilities in our distribution network.
You will do this *
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of the maintenance of our facilities and ensuring fast and safe troubleshooting
- Implementation of repairs and renewals as well as decommissioning in close cooperation and coordination with the internal departments
- Participation in projects and contribution of operational requirements and regional framework conditions
- Take over the personnel and professional leadership of the two teams in Disentis and Ilanz and promote the professional and personal development of the employees. You also help recruit new employees.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, implementing internal processes (IMS) measures and promoting an active safety culture
- Continuous optimization of workflows and efficient and cost-conscious use of resources
You bring that with you
- Completed vocational training as a grid electrician:in EFZ, electrical installer:in EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Completed further training as a net specialist (Federal vocational examination) or equivalent training
- Further training as a master grid electrician: in or an equivalent higher vocational training of advantage
- Several years of professional experience (minimum 3-5 years) and at least 3 years of experience in a management function
- Very good knowledge of German
- Romance skills are beneficial. Further language skills are welcome.
- Independent, communicative and responsible personality with a strong professional and organizational thinking ability
- Willingness to travel regularly (about 1-2 days per week)
