You are very familiar with the processes in a practice and make a committed team even more efficient You help create rosters, optimize internal processes and keep track of medicines and consumables You coordinate medical and administrative

You have completed basic training (preferably as a medical assistant: in, optometrist: in or in other medical professions) and a great interest in ophthalmology You bring 3 to 5 years of work and first leadership experience, ideally in a doctor’s office You have at best already attended leadership training You are motivated, have high quality standards and enjoy working with and for people You share our claim to operate eye medicine at the highest level You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are a real organizational talent You are open to the digital development and have good PC user knowledge We look forward to your online application – very uncomplicated, without a letter of motivation.
