Our interdisciplinary 6-bed Intermediate Care Station at the Walenstadt site serves patients from medical and operational specialist areas. As a team leader: you are firmly anchored in everyday clinical life, work closely with different professional groups and at the same time take responsibility for the leadership and further development of your team.

These are your tasks

• You work actively in clinical everyday life, support your team in complex care situations and lead team meetings
• You lead the IMC nursing team, accompany the professional and personal development, conduct employee interviews and assessments and support recruitment
• You participate in interdisciplinary and interprofessional tasks and projects and are responsible for the service planning of the IMC Walenstadt
• As part of the nursing management team, you will participate in the intensive care conference in Chur and take on the resulting tasks

You bring that with you

• A diploma as a nurse / nurse specialist HF/FH, an IMC certificate and at least two years of professional experience in the acute field
• Leadership competence, sense of responsibility and ideally a completed CAS Leadership or the willingness to complete it
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as clear communication and pronounced professional and social competence
