For our customer, a renowned Swiss company in the field of railway infrastructure, we are looking for a
Team leader/in electrical plants (South region \- in Engadin) \- (80-100%)
Your tasks
- Personnel and technical management of the external service as well as coordination and organisation of the work of third parties and other specialist areas
- Total resource planning and disposition
- Ensuring high quality of work and quality standards
- Responsibility for standby and malfunction, in-service troubleshooting and piketting
- Ensuring occupational safety and health protection in the team, creating and controlling safety devices
- Knowledge transfer in the team and to suppliers, representation of the interests of the customer as well as participation in coordination and construction meetings
- Your profile *
- Professional examination as Electrical Project Manager/in Installation and Safety (BPEL), Federal Dipl. Electrical installer, NIV\-training (low voltage\-installation regulation) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical installation sector, including employee management and occupational safety
- High level of independence, initiative and resilience
- Strong organisational and communication skills as well as team orientation
- Readiness for occasional cooking
- Place of work in Engadin – at least 70% on site
- Knowledge of German at least level B2, knowledge of Italian beneficial
- Good user knowledge Microsoft 365 (SAP beneficial)
