After familiarization with the basics of our products, our development tools and the internal processes, you will test and improve electromechanical components and functions for customer-specific systems and series products in a development team. You ensure that the facilities meet our standards in terms of quality and cost and are in close contact with internal and external suppliers and customers. \Your main tasks include:\ drive product optimizations of biobanking systems to meet the constantly changing market needs \Development, procurement, testing and documentation of new electromechanical assemblies in accordance with the innovation process of Hamilton in an interdisciplinary project team \ Creation of requirements, testing and project documentation of improved modules in English \Implementation of simulations and evaluation of measured data as well as derivation of well-founded conclusions \ Creation and improvement of installation, production and service documents \Making technical discussions with internal and external suppliers and customers \ Assuring the product quality as well as the costs and manufacturing objectives in accordance with our high standards \This brings you with \ Engineering studies (BSc/MSc) in the field of mechanical engineering, system engineering or a comparable technical discipline \Experience with 3D\\CAD\\ program, preferably Creo Parametric \ Enthusiasm for robotics, automation technology and innovative technical solutions \* Ability to analyze complex issues and then efficiently implement corresponding conclusions You have the opportunity to work on highly automated robotics systems for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and actively develop the team and the organization and shape sustainable changes.
