- Professional experience in a similar position in upscale gastronomy
- High degree of responsibility and loyalty
- Self-employed and reliable working methods
- High operational readiness, resilience and flexibility
- Adequate knowledge of German and/or English is required
Your tasks - your passion
- 4 restaurants | 3 food concepts | an average of 200 guests & YOU!
- Cleaning of dishes, pans and machines of our hotel kitchen
- Salad, vegetable and fruit preparations
- Preparations for the breakfast buffet
- Mise en place work for production
- Assistance in setting up the plates and on the pass
- Environmentally sound disposal of waste, cardboard, glass and catering waste
- Cleaning and care of the pot dishwasher
