- You will process all requests (concluding help, support and cancellation) from customers to Galaxus Internet and TV via telephone, live chat and e-mail and are in direct contact with customers
- You make internal clarifications in order to ensure optimal support for our customers
- In addition to customer contact, you are responsible for certain internal tasks, such as troubleshooting number ports in our system.
- Ensuring customer loyalty, reviewing customer reviews, questioning processes, introducing new ideas are among your core tasks Requirements
- 1-3 years: customer service
- No training required: Telecommunications / Internet & TV
- You bring experience or great interest in Internet and TV services
- You have already gained initial experience in customer contact
- Flawless and grammatically correct German (verbal and written) is a prerequisite, any other language is advantageous, especially French
- Willingness to acquire new product knowledge and read into new topics
