The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel in the Bündner Bergen located at 1'800m. As one of the four hotels in the "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, plus four stylish restaurants - including the 19-point gourmet highlight La Brezza Gault Millau & two Michelin stars - as well as an impressive 5 000 m2 spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta. YOUR PROFILE Completed apprenticeship D/E Condition, any other language beneficial Experience in the 4/5* hotel industry Care and accuracy in compliance with hygiene standards Maintained appearance
ITS TASKS Food preparation: cooking, frying, roasting, steaming and frying of dishes Mise en Place: preparation of ingredients (cleaning vegetables, cutting meat) and provision of work equipment Ordering, acceptance, quality control and professional food storage Compliance with HACCP guidelines, cleaning of kitchen appliances and work areas Daily compilation of the required goods for ordering via chef Careful and creative preparation of food before delivery
