- Develop technical and pathophysiological expertise and train targeted, safe actions
- Hold a diploma as a registered nurse (HF), bachelor’s degree (FH), or a foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK)
Main responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth specialist knowledge of individual patient care in the intensive care unit
- Develop technical and pathophysiological expertise and train targeted, safe actions
- Actively incorporate psychosocial, ethical, and family-related aspects into your nursing care
- Use technical aids and devices purposefully, professionally, and appropriately to ensure optimal patient care Requirements:
- Have at least one year of experience in an acute care department of a Swiss hospital
- Able to work focused in a team under high pressure and prioritize correctly in emergency situations
