- Processing of internal and external complaints including analysis, clarification of causes and structured reporting
- Active complaint management towards customers and suppliers, including returns processing, quality reports and evaluation of corrective and improvement measures
Main responsibilities
- Processing of internal and external complaints including analysis, clarification of causes and structured reporting
- Active complaint management towards customers and suppliers, including returns processing, quality reports and evaluation of corrective and improvement measures
- Definition of quality priorities and sustainable further development of product and supplier quality in close cooperation with internal areas and suppliers
- Support and consulting of production areas (e.g. laser technology, component assembly) in quality-relevant issues
- Collaboration in internal quality circles and participation in quality discussions with group leaders and suppliers
- Implementation of quality and product acceptance within the production process What we are looking for
- Completed basic technical training for automatic, electrical, electronic, polymechanical or similar training
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
- Practice in quality management or corresponding training
- Secure handling of MS Office and SAP skills
