Your activity
- You assume operational, qualitative, financial and human responsibility for the support services for several customer mandates in the healthcare sector.
- You will continuously lead, promote and develop your team of around 55 employees.
- You maintain a constant, close customer contact and act as a competent contact for technical questions.
- You are responsible for all support services, ensure a high-quality service and guarantee strict compliance with all hygiene guidelines.
- You regularly carry out quality controls, actively coach your employees and support them in day-to-day business.
- You work closely with other disciplines and interfaces.
- You plan, organize, coordinate, monitor and optimize all workflows in your objects.
- You independently recruit new workers for your teams.
- You manage and coordinate all material, machine and device orders efficiently.
- You perform all administrative tasks reliably and take full budget responsibility.
Qualifications
- You bring a completed education or training in the field of housekeeping, cleaning or facility management as well as several years of profound professional experience.
- You have already gained valuable professional experience in healthcare and/or the upscale hotel industry.
- You have proven, several years of leadership experience and are characterized by a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- You are a human, communicative and solution-oriented personality and have a strong sense of organization and coordination.
- You convince through your structured, solution-oriented and exact working method.
- You are characterized by a high service orientation, flexibility and independence.
- You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (other languages are of great advantage).
- You are absolutely well-versed in dealing with the common MS Office applications.
- You must have a category B driving license and your own car.
- You bring the necessary flexibility for 24/7 accessibility and occasionally accompany your cleaning staff during evening assignments.
