BAULEITER\IN / CHEFMONTEUR\IN ELEKTROMECHANIK BSA You can move it with us. You manage your building posts and ensure the professional and timely handling of your work. You represent Technik AG competently externally and against the clientele, planners and suppliers. With your competence and your performance, you gain confidence and thus follow-up orders. You lead ahead and plan your fellow workers’ resources. You promote and develop your team and make sure that the guidelines are adhered to. As part of the entire construction process, you take responsibility for AVOR, extent and billing.
Additional tasks
- Electrical installations in a commercial and industrial building and in transport
- Responsible for forward processing
- Compliance with project specifications, quality and deadlines
- Management of materials and tools
- Management and control of Baujournal / Regierapporte
- Assistance in commissioning
- Planning and organisation of required acceptances
- Responsibility for occupational safety on the construction site
- What you bring with you
- Completed training with EFZ as an electrical installer, network electrician or assembly electrician with several years of experience
- Additional technical training and/or experience in group management are advantageous
- Thanks to your flexible and responsible nature, you also master demanding situations reliably and quality-consciously.
- In dealing with customers and suppliers, you convince through expert communications and negotiation skills
- Read and understand plans and schemes
- Reliable and independent work
- Readiness for further training
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Category B driving licence
