- Leadership and support of the group leaders: inside and employees during the shift
- Responsibility for a smooth production process and compliance with production plans and delivery dates
- Coordination of all production lines and rapid response in the event of disruptions or bottlenecks
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations, including documentation

- Control of correct ERP/CSB reservations and verification of quantities and stocks
- Implementation of occupational safety and improvement measures and promotion of an open error and improvement culture Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the food, production or technical sector
- Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in the food sector
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills required, ideally in shift operations High understanding of quality and safety
- Hands-on mentality combined with assertiveness and team orientation
- Structured, decision-making working method with a high level of responsibility Experience in dealing with ERP systems Knowledge of German in words and writing
- Two-shift operation from Monday to Saturday (5-day week)
