Key requirements
- You have a university degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable profile.

- You have several years of experience in service management, especially with data services and interfaces, as well as knowledge of ITIL, HERMES or architectural methods.
- You communicate confidently in German and have good technical English skills.
- With your networked thinking and solution-oriented actions, you will contribute to the further development of our services.
