- Reproduction of fluorophores on a production scale, conversion thereof into a ready-to-use polymer matrix and processing thereof for the production of sensitive layers, partly in a clean room

- Implementation of in-process and quality controls using appropriate analytical methods
- Implementation of scale-ups and process optimization Production process documentation
- Process control and ensuring delivery readiness
- Collaboration with our production department and their support in process issues a ls RnD chemist (additional activities):
- Participation in various development projects
- Development and evaluation of experimental analysis data
- Creation of functional patterns and prototypes
- Collaboration with internal and external knowledge providers and know-how transfer in interdisciplinary projects
