- Operational Leadership: You steer and coordinate the daily service flow in the à la carte restaurant and bar to ensure smooth and professional operation.
- Guest Service: You personally ensure warm, attentive, and friendly service and support your team in advising and serving guests.
- Resilient and Flexible: You maintain calm, clarity, and flexibly manage the flow even in challenging situations.
- Languages: Excellent German skills are a given for you, English skills are an advantage, and other languages are a plus.
Main responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: You steer and coordinate the daily service flow in the à la carte restaurant and bar to ensure smooth and professional operation.
- Guest Service: You personally ensure warm, attentive, and friendly service and support your team in advising and serving guests.
- Sales and Consultation: You competently advise guests on the selection of dishes and beverages and actively promote the sale of our specialties.
- Quality and Hygiene Management: You monitor the compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) in the service area.
- Events and Seminars: You are involved in the planning and execution of events, themed evenings, and special actions and ensure their successful implementation.
- Staff Management: You lead, motivate, and develop your service team with passion and foster a positive work atmosphere.
