Main responsibilities
- Creative preparation: You prepare our à la carte dishes with passion, high precision, and attention to detail on a high level.
- Quality management: You monitor the freshness and quality of the ingredients and ensure an appealing and consistent presentation of the dishes.
- Operational kitchen leadership: You coordinate the work processes in the kitchen, ensure a smooth flow, and support in maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Representation: Represent the head chef of Gastronomie rocksresort in his absence.
- Menu and event planning: You actively participate in the development and implementation of special menus, themed evenings, and promotional actions.
- Mise en place & cleanup: You ensure optimal preparation of the workstations and proper cleanup of your area.
- Hygiene & work safety: You ensure compliance with all relevant quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP).
- Team leadership & collaboration: You work closely with the kitchen and service team, support the training of staff, and promote a motivated, harmonious work atmosphere.
- Training of apprentices: Together with the head chef of Gastronomie rocksresort, you are responsible for the training of apprentice chefs EFZ. Requirements
- Experience: You have completed training as a chef EFZ or equivalent qualification and have already extensive experience in a professional à la carte kitchen.
