Main responsibilities
- You manage the secretariat and ensure that day-to-day business runs efficiently and smoothly.

- You are the first point of contact for the Secretariat team as well as for the Office staff for questions and assignments relating to the Secretariat.
- You will continue to develop the processes in the secretariat, document processes and ensure their ongoing optimization.
- You take on a wide range of administrative tasks such as telephone and postal service, the management of the central post office box and the registration of documents in the business administration.
- You review texts and coordinate the sending of government decisions and departmental orders.
- As a CMI power user, you support the further development of business administration and participate in projects.
- You are involved in the digital transformation and other projects. Requirements
- You have a completed commercial education and several years of professional experience.
- You have already led a secretariat or bring leadership experience.
