Specialist leadership in complex positioning situations: You take charge of specialist coordination in demanding OR positioning cases and maintain active communication with the OR department management
Operational and resource responsibility: You oversee infrastructure, materials, and inventory management, actively participating in OR operations and shift work Requirements:
Completed vocational training and a completed OR positioning specialist course – you have the foundation to build upon
Leadership skills in healthcare or the willingness to acquire them promptly – you want to lead, shape, and take responsibility
Several years of experience in the operating room – you know the OR, its dynamics, and its challenges Can you do something others can’t?
