Company and context
- You lead the team of sleep medicine in person, professional and organizational terms.
- You're soaring for clear processes, reliable deployment planning, and you're taking over the incorporation of new employees
- You accompany, support and develop your employees in everyday work and recognize burdens, conflicts and optimization potentials at an early stage
- You work surgically, test medical examinations and are regularly present on site
- You actively participate in projects for the further development of the sleep laboratory and ensure the quality and further development of diagnostic methods (e.g. polysomnography, polygraphy, actigraphy)
- You promote strong interprofessional cooperation and work closely with the relevant specialists and managers
- You represent the team management of outpatient pneumologists with planned absence Requirements
- You are a specialist in health, medical:r practical assistant:in (MPA) or specialist for neurophysiological diagnosis
- Ideally, you bring a further education in sleep medicine as well as thorough knowledge in the diagnosis of sleep-related disorders (e.g. sleep apnea, insomnia)
- You have several years of professional experience in outpatient hospital settings; preferably in sleeping medicine, pneumology or a comparable special area.
