Main responsibilities
- You supervise and support our clients throughout the entire training process
- You create training plans and monitor trainings and goal achievement
- You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
- You conduct introductory trainings and sell memberships
- You handle various administrative tasks, prepare contracts, and actively acquire future clients Requirements
- Desired: experience as a fitness instructor
- Completed basic or advanced training: education as a fitness instructor with a valid BLS/AED certificate
- You have a flair for sales as well as strong service and consulting skills
- You are a motivated and responsible personality who inspires our clients
- You are flexible and enjoy working evenings as well as weekends and holidays You enjoy working in a team You have a valid work permit German (good knowledge) What we offer
