Your profile
- Commercial vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry
- Initial professional experience in the field of reception and/or reservation
- Knowledge of Protel and ReGuest is beneficial
- Warmth, safe appearance and well-groomed manners
- High degree of responsibility, organisational talent and loyalty
- Safe handling of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Negotiation-proof knowledge of German and English in words and writing as well as other languages is an advantage
Your tasks

- Acceptance and processing of reservations by Protel and ReGuest
- Active telephone sales and advice to international guests
- Reservation control, quota management and maintenance of the guest file
- Completion of various guest correspondence in German and English
- Maintaining contact with customers and partners
- Management of booking platforms Booking and Expedia
- Voucher management with the system E-Guma
