- Application of modern biostatistics to large scale datasets.
- These include single cell/nuclei RNA seq data, proteomics data.
- Establishing a two-photon calcium imaging analysis pipeline for pericytes in cerebral slices.
- Project management and supervising doctoral students. Anforderungen:
- PhD in Intergative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience
- Experience in the field of cerebrobvascular biology
- Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity Minimum 3 years of postoc experience
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data, proteomics data Knowlegde in R and Python
