- You manage a smaller portfolio of commercial properties with the support of a senior manager or team leader
- You look after and advise tenants and owners and control the facility managers
Main responsibilities
- You manage a smaller portfolio of commercial properties with the support of a senior manager or team leader
- You look after and advise tenants and owners and control the facility managers
- You are responsible for securing, executing and accompaniment of maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You develop and control the annual budget incl.
- Forecasts and controls and contracts creditors
- You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
- You monitor the current rental policy and advise homeowners on how to set the rental rate
- You make lease contract changes, rental rate changes, and indexed rental rate adjustments Requirements
- You have an oath.
- Property management certificate or are on the way to it
