Réceptionist/in (m/f/d)
Their tasks
- Check-in and check-out with heart and style
- Conciergic activities
- Card file maintenance and address preparation of hotel guests
- Professional treatment of complaints
- Invoicing of the hotel bill, management and control of the own cash register and closing of the day
- Close cooperation with housekeeping, kitchen and service
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship and experience in the guest area
- Delight in dealing with guests and selling
- Experience with Protel is beneficial
- In the German language stilsicher in word and writing
- English / Italian skills are beneficial
- A warm, well-groomed and safe appearance with good manners
- Team spirit and willingness to provide services are a matter of course
- Being active in nature and wanting to share your personal enthusiasm with many
