- Conducting professional real estate valuations and in-depth value analyses with a focus on self-occupied residential property
- Acquisition of new sales mandates

- Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in real estate consulting, \-valuation or \-marketing (no lateral entrants)
- Well-founded subject-specific training or further education, for example:
- Professional ID in the real estate industry
- CAS Property Valuation
- Business economic training with specialised real estate
- Finance education related to the real estate industry
- comparable qualification
- Experience in dealing with hedonic evaluation tools such as Wüest Partner or IAZI
- Strong advisory, acquisition and closing strength
- Communicative, organizationally strong and entrepreneurial personality
- Reliable, independent and service-oriented workflow
- Languages: German (Esian and English beneficial)
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region
- Driver's license Cat B, own car necessary
