You lead technical customer projects for the development of plastic solutions for industrial and consumer goods applications and advise on material selection and injection molding processing.
Tasks
- Managing projects for the development of plastic solutions with customers from industry and consumer goods or mechanical engineering
- Technical advice on material selection, component and material analysis and injection moulding processing
- Implementation of tests and inspections in the injection molding plant and at customers
- Development of technical basics, feasibility analyses and cost accounting
- Collaboration in cross-functional teams with research, production, materials analysis and sales
- Market monitoring to identify new trends and technologies
- Lectures and internal training
Profile
- Completed studies in plastics engineering, materials engineering or mechanical engineering
- Professional experience in injection molding technology and design of technical plastic components
- Decision-making, entrepreneurially thinking personality with goal orientation
- Willingness to work and learn as well as initiative and flexibility
- Good English skills in Word and Writing
