PROJECTOR:IN 80 – 100% In order to continue and expand our success story, we are looking for an experienced personality as Project manager: in 80 – 100% immediately or by agreement at our location in Maienfeld What you do with us In this responsible position, you take over the management and further development of demanding construction projects – from the idea to the successful implementation. With your technical know-how, your organizational talent and your eye for the whole, you ensure that our projects are not only realized, but also become real success stories.
Your tasks include
- You develop complex construction projects independently and contribute significantly to their success
- You ensure compliance with legal regulations, especially with regard to occupational safety
- You control projects taking into account deadlines, quality, effort and costs and solve any problems you encounter.
- You coordinate planners and construction managers, promote cooperation in the team and create a motivating working environment
- You bring projects in execution planning and implementation clearly to the point
- You keep complex construction details traceable and ensure transparency and structure
- You recognize the needs of our clients and put them into tangible results
- You ensure that our projects meet the highest technical, economic and time-related standards
What you bring
- Completed studies as a technician: in HF construction planning or a comparable training
- Several years of experience in project and/or construction management
- Sound technical understanding and enjoyment of complex tasks
- Structured, networked and solution-oriented working method
- Experienced use of common software tools
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Independent working methods and a high sense of responsibility
