Would you like to contribute your educational experience and develop an educational concept together with specialists in Uganda? For a temporary phase of concept development, we are looking for a specialist with experience in education, concept development and international cooperation.
This is what you do with us
- For the Gott hilft Foundation, you are developing an educational program for teachers and carers in the Global South. You will develop a well-founded concept that includes further education modules, evaluated initial trials as well as financing and implementation planning.
- Together with the partners in Uganda, you clarify the need and develop goals and modules from it. The starting point is the own pre- and primary school in Lira.
- You coordinate the testing of selected modules in Lira and equip them with the local team.
- You bring together the results in the concept, with quality criteria, budget and requirements for a later transfer to other locations.
This will convince us
- You bring pedagogical expertise and experience in the development of educational offers, for example from school development, adult education or social pedagogy. Appropriate training or comparable professional experience is welcome.
- You have experience in international cooperation. Decisive is your willingness to learn and develop together with local experts.
- You can design development processes, incorporate experiences from different contexts and write clear concepts.
- You write stylishly in German and can communicate safely in English in a professional context.
- You respectfully carry our Christian image of humanity and our values.

A self-responsible and time-limited project task with design possibilities and flexible working conditions. The position can be organised alongside another professional activity.
- From March 2027 or by arrangement, limited to 4 to 8 months
- Temporary employment or mandate with the possibility of cooperation in implementation
- Readiness required for one to two project trips to Uganda, a total of three to four weeks.
- Home office and flexible working hours
- Connection to the Foundation Gott hilft in Zizers
- Possibility of a combination with the separately advertised fundraising position 40 to 60%
