- Project management and corporate development
- Coordination and representation of the client interests in the implementation of the conversion and new construction project at the location of Spital Davos AG for the CEO and project team in terms of elaboration, implementation, budget and scheduling
- Preparation of decision-making bases for internal and external bodies as well as coordination with the involved internal and external parties
- Further development and implementation of the existing foundations and variants according to the project tender in the sense of the building authority
- Timely implementation including coordination of the internal relocation and ensuring a smooth operation during operation
- Assuming the interface function of the building manager (and the internal stakeholder groups) with the building management, the architects and specialist planners during an implementation
