Role overview

Introduction For our Production division, we are seeking a Production Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to coordinate and supervise the various activities of the production workshop - machining and finishing.

Associated with the entire production process, he/she is able to integrate a multidisciplinary specialized team and collaborate with support services.

He/she participates in a collegial manner in the management and animation of the performance of the flow on the quality, cost, and time axes.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation and performance of production means while respecting sector objectives,
  • Support workshop professions daily in case of technical and quality difficulties,
  • Be the technical reference for the area, analyze risks, communicate them to the workshop, and follow up, Manage tools and consumables, Define and update indicators,
  • Lead and animate various technical sessions,
  • Ensure the reliability of workshop baseline data and compliance with procedures,
  • Analyze production data and ensure the reliability of information entered into our information system,
  • Verify the conformity of new tools and new processes,
  • Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions, and optimization of operating modes. Profile

Key requirements

  • ES Technician diploma or equivalent diploma, First experience in the industrial sector,
