Introduction
Do you not only want to test quality, but also actively shape it? For our customer, a modern industrial company, we are looking for you as a quality specialist for production. In this role, you ensure that processes run stably, specifications are adhered to and our customers consistently receive top quality - from incoming goods to series release.
Tasks
- In-process quality assurance in production: implement test plans, carry out random checks and approvals, detect deviations
- Measuring and testing technology: measuring with slide valve, bracket measuring screw, altimeter
- Documentation & evaluation: test reports, first sample tests
- Audit & Standards: Participation in internal audits, maintenance of specifications and work instructions according to ISO 9001
- Training & Support: Instruct employees in testing methods, strengthen quality awareness in teams
- CIP/Lean: Sustainable reduction of quality, scrap, rework and downtime together with production
Profile
- Completed technical training (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic) or further training in the field of quality/measuring technology
- Several years of experience in quality assurance in the production environment
- Safely read in drawings (ISO-GPS) and in dealing with common measuring instruments
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Self-employed and structured working methods
