What you move
- You can be used flexibly in all production areas (cutting, equipment, freezers and picking)
- You support purchasing and ordering
- You consistently implement our internal quality, hygiene and safety guidelines
- You support the production manager in administrative tasks and in production planning
- You take over the deputy of the production manager in his absence
- You actively coordinate and organize day-to-day business
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Specialty: meat specialist/\-woman
- Professional experience: at least 2\-3 years of experience in meat processing
- Several years of professional experience in a production plant
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to assume leadership responsibility
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Secure handling of the common MS\Office\ applications
- English (C1\)
