- As an ITSM Product Owner and Process Owner, you are responsible for the entire life cycle of the ITSM processes as well as the supporting ServiceNow ITSM Application as a product.
- You provide coordinated requirements for the ServiceNow platform, translating the technical needs into clear processes and setting priorities and goals, efficiently using the standardized possibilities of the platform
- You drive the process standards, automation, bring your know-how to shape roadmaps and develop the service portfolio into a professional IT service management
- You act as a communicative hub between business, departments and the interdisciplinary ITSM product teams Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in the product owner role or in line responsibility in IT service management: in a large cross-company, complex IT infrastructure
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the field of computer science or comparable training with further training in IT operations topics, ideally with high-quality ITIL qualifications
- You have a deep understanding of ITSM-supporting toolsets like Service Now
- You bring deep knowledge of agile working methods, the appropriate mindset and the ability to combine classic methods such as PMI, IPMA, ITIL and ITSM with agility
