Drive AI Initiatives from early concept to implementation through all development stages Work closely with Product Management and RnD in Switzerland, Romania, Germany and the United States Act as an AI ambassador and internal advisor, enabling product teams to integrate AI without assuming ownership of their individual products. That's what you bring along: Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering or in a related field \Experience in liquid handling and robotics, clinical diagnostics, and/or life sciences \ Proven practical experience in working with AI tools and translating AI capabilities into valuable applications or workflows \Strong understanding of data\\-driven products, software ecosystems and machine\\-learning concepts. Fluent German is mandatory; strong English skills are required for international collaboration Personal Traits \ Curious and enthusiastic about emerging technologies, with a pragmatic focus on customer and business value. Strategic thinker who can also take ownership and drive ideas through to implementation. Strong communicator who can explain complex AI topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
