Main responsibilities
- Development and continuous improvement of convenience products in the poultry and vegetarian/vegan sector
- Development of new product concepts and product ideas
- Technological testing and evaluation of new raw materials
- Documentation and master data maintenance of recipes
- Ensuring the transfer of know-how in the ongoing production processes
- Support of our production areas in quality assurance and process optimization
- Organisation, implementation and support of test productions and support of initial productions
- Project-related interdisciplinary cooperation with sales, product management, quality assurance, purchasing and production Requirements:
- Completed training in the food sector (e.g. technical school, HTL food technology) or training as a cook with several years of relevant practice
- Experience in product development of convenience products or comparable food categories
