- Support, further development and optimization of our SAP SD processes with focus on sales, shipping and billing Conception and implementation of solutions in the area of customs and foreign trade (customs processing, preferences, export control)
- Analysis and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the departments Implementation of customization adjustments in SAP SD and adjacent modules
Main responsibilities
- Support, further development and optimization of our SAP SD processes with focus on sales, shipping and billing Conception and implementation of solutions in the area of customs and foreign trade (customs processing, preferences, export control)
- Analysis and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the departments Implementation of customization adjustments in SAP SD and adjacent modules
- Support for FI-relevant topics, in particular at the interfaces to SD (e.g. revenue accounts, sales tax, accounts receivable)
- 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SD users in the company
- Implementation of user training and preparation of documentation
- Project work on SAP rollouts, upgrades and the introduction of new functionalities
- Cooperation with external service providers and SAP partners Participation in the harmonization and standardization of SAP processes Requirements:
- Completed study of (economic) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as SAP Consultant in the module SD
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes (sale, shipping, invoicing, pricing, conditions)
