The main tasks ####
- Drive analysis and modeling of business processes
- Ensure further development of the internal control system
- Identify and implement potential for process optimization
- Participation or management of projects for digitalization and process improvement taking into account regulatory requirements
- Derive requirements from process and data analysis
The requirement profile ####
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualifications; alternative training in process management or insurance
- Several years of professional experience in the health insurance industry
- Experience in business analysis as well as analysis and optimization of processes
- Analytical thinking, process understanding and affinity to data
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as experience with professional test cases and the testing of business applications
- Very good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
