- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or equivalent
- Experience in CNC milling, ideally with 3- or 5-axis machining
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and handling tolerances
- Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc or comparable controls is an advantage CAM skills are a plus, but not mandatory
- Accurate, independent and quality-conscious working method
- Enjoyment of demanding production and technical details
