Plastics technologist in tool maintenance (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Ensuring the perfect condition of our injection molding tools as well as their maintenance and maintenance
- Assistance in production
- Implementation of preventive maintenance and maintenance work on injection molding tools
- Dismantling, cleaning, testing and assembly of injection moulding tools
Detection and correction of malfunctions and wear phenomena on tools
- Support for tool repairs and optimization of existing tools
- Assessment of tool damage and initiation of appropriate measures to restore functionality
- Ensuring tool availability for a smooth production process
- Documentation of the maintenance, repair and maintenance carried out
- Close cooperation with production, setup and toolmaking
- Participation in the continuous improvement of our tools and maintenance processes
Your profile
- Completed training as a plastics technologist EFZ, polymechanic EFZ or in a comparable technical profession
- Professional experience in plastic injection molding and ideally in tool maintenance
- Good knowledge of the design and operation of injection molding tools
- Experience in disassembly, cleaning, maintenance and assembly of tools of advantage
- Technical understanding and strong craftsmanship
- Independent, careful and structured working methods
- Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to identify and fix technical problems
- High quality and responsibility awareness
- Teamwork, reliability and readiness
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
