The Regionalgericht Landquart is a first instance civil and criminal court based in Landquart. As a law firm employee, you are jointly responsible in a small team for a smooth and error-free process of all law firm-related business of the court company.
We are looking for the Regional Court Landquart per 1\. January 2027 or by agreement a law firm employee.
Your responsibilities
- Administrative management of cases (from their receipt to their archiving)
- Organisation and follow-up of negotiations, hearings and hearings
- Writing of hearing and negotiation minutes
- Making decisions independently or according to specifications
- Independent writing of various correspondences, orders of procedure and decisions
- Switch and telephone service
